Takaud Savings and Pensions B.S.C. (c), the MENA region’s specialist provider of savings, investment and pension solutions, is looking for the Bahrain company that demonstrates best practices in their programme of employee benefits.
We are looking for companies that offer a comprehensive range of employee benefits. We want to know what is new for Bahrain companies—everything from gym memberships for employees to retirement-saving programmes—and identify the companies that provide the best all-round package to meet their and their employees’ needs.
It takes leadership to make employees happy so they remain with a company for the long term. In turn, that lowers costs as companies do not have to look for new people. So providing employment benefits with best-practice administration helps companies be competitive in the marketplace.
The winner of the TAKAUD award for HR Best Practices will be an inspiration to other companies throughout Bahrain.
All Bahrain-based companies with 20 to 200 employees, in business for 2 years or more, are eligible.
Qualifying companies will be visited by TAKAUD for in-depth interviews on their benefit programmes and practices.
USD 5,000. The winning company will be presented with their award at the 2017 MENA Pensions Conference, hosted by TAKAUD on November 28, 2017, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Manama, and will be featured in a press release from TAKAUD.
SECOND AND THIRD PLACE
Qualifiers will also receive recognition at the Conference.
